Refund policy

This is a translation for convenience. Russian law governs the relationship between the seller and the buyer, and the Russian-language version of this document is the legally binding one.

Access to Norfly Pro is a digital service: it is provided continuously from payment until the end of the paid period. Below is when and how much we refund.

1. Full refund

The full amount is refunded if the service was not actually provided:

• access did not open due to a fault on our side and we did not restore it within 72 hours;
• a payment went through twice for the same period — the extra payment is refunded;
• the request is sent within 48 hours of payment and the paid features were not used during that time.

2. Partial refund

If access was already active, we refund the value of the unused full days of the paid period, minus the part of the service already provided. Calculation: the payment amount is divided by the number of days in the paid period and multiplied by the number of full days remaining from the date of the request. A day that has already started counts as used.

The payment provider's commission actually charged at payment is withheld from the refunded amount, unless the refund is due to the seller's fault.

A partial refund does not automatically end the remaining paid period: access closes at the moment the refund is paid out.

3. When we do not refund

• the paid period has fully expired;
• access was terminated for violating the terms of use (section 8 of the Terms);
• the buyer requests refunds systematically — again after a previously refunded payment on the same account;
• the reason is unrelated to how the service works: an incompatible device, no internet connection, or the buyer changing their plans after using the service.

4. How to request a refund

Write to dmitrii@33mv.ru from the address used to pay, stating the date and amount of the payment and the reason. We reply within three business days and decide within ten calendar days of the request.

5. Payout time

Money is returned the same way it was paid. The seller starts the refund within 10 calendar days of it being agreed; the bank credits the funds on its own schedule, usually one to five business days.

6. What happens to access

After a full refund, access closes immediately. If several periods have been paid for on an account, refunding one payment only cancels the matching period: the other paid periods keep running.
