What data

• The email address given at payment.
• Payment details: amount, date, plan, status, the payment provider's payment id.
• The internal account id in the norfly app.

Bank card data is never passed to the seller: it is processed by the payment provider as the payment operator.

Why

To open paid access, answer payment-related requests, process refunds, and account for income as required by law.

How long we keep it

Payment records — at least as long as tax law requires. Email address — while access is active and one year after it ends.

Buyer's rights

The buyer may request information about their data, its correction or deletion by writing to dmitrii@33mv.ru. Consent to processing is given by entering an email address on the payment page and can be withdrawn with the same kind of message.

Sharing with third parties

Data is shared only with the payment provider, to the extent needed to process a payment, and with government authorities where required by law.
